The Aristotle Foundation for Public Policy is an educational and public policy think tank based in Canada.
Job description and purpose:
We are hiring a Marketing Director to help champion reason, democracy, and civilization—to renew a civil, common-sense approach to public discourse and public policy through facts and informed history.
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the promotion and publicity of the Foundation’s work in carrying out our mission.
The Marketing Director’s primary responsibilities include:

- Creating and executing an annual marketing plan, including social media and traditional media goals, and achievement of these; this will include managing a marketing budget.
- Building and overseeing the marketing team (which presently includes an in-house Marketing Coordinator, Outreach and Engagement Officer, and external contractors).
- Working with the President, Research Director, Philanthropy Director, other staff, and outside vendors to develop and realize annual strategies, goals, and tactics for marketing.
- Setting and overseeing all activities and deadlines in support of marketing goals.

Needed experience:

Requirements:

- Full time, starting date TBD.

Compensation:
The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus health benefits and matching RRSP contributions, and a potential bonus.
Reporting:
The Marketing Director reports directly to the President.
